Refund policy

If you are unsatisfied with one of the products of Elevate Sportswear, we are happy to help you out. Within 30 days after delivery, you may return new, unopened, and any unused products for a full refund. Any products that have been tried on, are not eligable for a refund. 

If the return is due to our error, we will cover all the shipping charges (damaged or incorrect products). Unless the products are damaged or incorrect, only the initial cost of the bought product will be refunded. 

The product will not be returned, replaced or refunded if it is damaged due to usage, abuse or wrong care techniques.

Check the following points to see whether you are entitled for a refund: 

- The final product was purchased in the last 30 days. 

- The product is in it's original packaging and is unused.
